Job summary

Good Boy Vodka is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to lead regional marketing efforts across Texas and the Western region. This remote role partners with distributors, retailers, and venues to plan events, activations, and campaigns that engage consumers and drive sales.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships while training regional ambassadors and supporting local promotions. Occasional travel and evenings/weekends are expected to execute impactful brand

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, consumer goods (CPG), event marketing, trade marketing, field marketing, or brand marketing.

Good Boy Vodka is looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven Field Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life across Texas and the Western region. This role serves as the key marketing contact for the assigned territory, partnering closely with Sales, distributors, brand ambassadors, retailers, event organizers, and venue partners to execute impactful marketing programs that grow brand awareness and drive sales.

What You'll Do

• Regional Marketing & Trade Support
• Serve as the primary regional marketing contact for distributors and sales teams. Execute national marketing campaigns at the local market level. Build and maintain a regional marketing calendar. Support retail and on-premise promotions, activations, and trade programs. Identify local opportunities that increase consumer engagement and distribution.
• Events & Sponsorships
• Plan and coordinate sampling events, sponsorships, festivals, golf tournaments, venue activations, and community events. Manage event logistics, staffing, promotional materials, permits, and product coordination. Ensure flawless execution of brand experiences. Track event performance and provide recap reporting.
• Brand Ambassador Coordination
• Support scheduling, communication, training logistics, and deployment of regional brand ambassadors. Ensure teams are prepared and equipped for successful activations. Partner with Sales to maximize consumer engagement opportunities.
• Marketing Operations
• Coordinate production and installation of marketing materials including banners, signage, displays, menus, promotional items, and branded assets. Manage vendor relationships, quotes, timelines, and project completion. Track marketing budgets, invoices, expenses, and inventory.
• Relationship Building
• Develop strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, venue operators, and local organizations. Represent Good Boy Vodka at industry events and key meetings. Identify new sponsorship, activation, and partnership opportunities that align with company goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, consumer goods (CPG), event marketing, trade marketing, field marketing, or brand marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel approximately 30-40%, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
