Job summary

CEC Entertainment dba Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support local restaurant marketing programs within a defined district, focusing on community partnerships and school fundraising.

The ideal candidate will be sales-focused and self-motivated to drive new revenue through in-person meetings, calls, and emails, while overcoming barriers with creative solutions. This role emphasizes leadership, organization, and collaboration with General Managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; marketing coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in corporate sales and/or fundraising.
• At least 1 year restaurant, hotel, or retail experience preferred.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience acceptable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a contact list for potential fundraisers and community partners in the district.
• Builds relationships with lead organizers to present fundraising opportunities at Chuck E. Cheese.
• Coordinates planning and execution of fundraising events with General Managers and organizations.
• Meets and exceeds sales goals by supporting local marketing programs and activities.
• Communicates field activity weekly to District Manager, General Manager, and Marketing Manager.
• Maintains field marketing systems and materials approved by CEC Entertainment.
• Leads Marketing training sessions in district restaurants.
