Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC, the operator of Chuck E. Cheese, is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive fundraising programs and community partnerships within their district. This role focuses on creating relationships, coordinating events, and supporting restaurant marketing initiatives.

The position emphasizes sales-driven activities, strong communication, and leadership to meet district goals while collaborating with General Managers and corporate marketing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Marketing degree or coursework preferred
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in corporate sales or fundraising preferred
• Minimum of 1 year in restaurant, hotel, or retail experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a contact list for potential fundraisers, group events, and community partners within their district
• Builds and strengthens relationships with lead organizers to present fundraising programs
• Coordinates planning and execution of fundraising events with General Managers and organizations
• Meets and exceeds sales goals by supporting General Managers with local marketing programs
• Communicates field activity weekly to District Manager, General Manager, and Marketing Manager
• Assists General Managers in maintaining marketing systems and materials
• Leads Marketing training sessions in district restaurants
