Job summary

Heiler Painting in Media, PA is seeking outgoing individuals for field marketing roles. You will meet homeowners outdoors, build relationships, and schedule estimates for our sales team. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Earn an average of $30–$50 per hour, including a $15/hour base plus commissions and bonuses. Part-time and full-time opportunities exist; mileage is reimbursed, with a friendly, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Weekday availability with occasional weekend availability.
• Part-time applicants must be able to consistently work at least 20 hours per week in the field.
• Energetic, personable and able to work outdoors.
