ALL IN Painting in Indianapolis area is hiring a Field Marketing Assistant to grow our local brand through grassroots marketing while keeping a flexible, student-friendly schedule.

Ideal for students, interns, stay-at-home parents, or anyone who enjoys being active and talking to people. The role involves visiting job sites, handing out materials, and representing the company with a positive, professional attitude; 16–24 hours per week at $17.50–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Friendly, respectful communication when talking to people.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to active job sites in the Indianapolis area.
• Distribute door hangers and yard signs in high-end neighborhoods.
• Represent ALL IN Painting with a professional and upbeat attitude.
• Log your route and report basic updates to the team.
