Job summary

Renuity is hiring a Field Marketing Representative in Tampa, FL. This outside marketing role focuses on door-to-door outreach and promoting home remodeling products with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Hours are M-F 12pm–8pm, with flexible weekend options.

Base pay plus commissions, full-time and part-time options, and benefits are offered. Join a growing team supporting home improvement across 36 states. Training and a path to management or outside sales are available.

Responsibilities

• Promote our home remodeling products and services to prospective and existing clients in our direct field marketing campaigns.
• Deliver engaging brand awareness presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products and installation.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
• Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or outside sales.
• Hours: M-F 12pm to 8pm.
• Flexible Sundays and Saturdays available 10am to 2pm.
• P/T Shifts available M-F 4pm to 8pm and weekends 10am to 2pm.
