Dream Home is a residential roofing company focused on premier customer experience and integrity, turning customers' dreams into reality with lifetime warranties and certified installers.

The Roofing Canvasser role creates homeowner interest and schedules free roof inspections in assigned neighborhoods, works from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, travels by company van, and logs visits in SalesRabbit with accurate notes, aiming for 2–3 appointments per day.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners door to door.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching.
• Ability to walk assigned neighborhoods and work outdoors in appropriate conditions.
• Comfort using an iPad, SalesRabbit and digital scheduling forms.
• Prior canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Arrive at the designated meeting place by 10:00AM local time and attend the Team Lead huddle.
• Receive an iPad, confirm system access and understand the assigned SalesRabbit route, backup plan, permit conditions, breaks, lunch, drop-off and pickup plan.
• Travel by company van to the assigned neighborhood and remain inside the designated route unless the Team Lead approves a change.
• Plan to knock 100 homes each day and enter every house into SalesRabbit with the correct disposition and useful notes - no exceptions.
• Average 2-3 appointments per day while maintaining complete, accurate homeowner and property information.
• Return the iPad to the Team Lead at shift close and participate in the daily recap.
