Specialty1 Partners in Denver is seeking an Area Marketing Specialist to support our network of partner practices across Denver and Colorado Springs. You will lead in-person outreach, develop annual marketing plans, manage budgets, and track ROI to drive patient growth and community presence.

You will travel locally, collaborate with doctors and practice leaders, coordinate digital elements, and report monthly on performance.

Qualifications

• In-person marketing and relationship management experience.
• Ability to travel locally and domestically.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong project management, event planning, and client stakeholder management skills.
• Budget management and P&L experience.
• Advanced skills with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
• Experience in a corporate environment with complex business processes.
• Strategic thinking with strong tactical and organizational execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-person referral outreach in line with the marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with practices to develop annual marketing plans with monthly activities.
• Monitor and manage marketing expenses, focusing on ROI.
• Track and report monthly performance on key indicators, optimizing tactics for growth.
• Attend monthly practice meetings and send weekly updates to doctors and team members.
• Support digital strategy development and social media management.
