Specialty1 Partners is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support practice marketing teams across the US. The role emphasizes in-person outreach, digital engagement, and community partnerships to grow practice volumes and revenue.

You will coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain materials, and ensure brand consistency while traveling locally four days a week to cover Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, and Davis. This is a field-based role with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior marketing experience preferred (healthcare, dental, or medical setting a plus).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with face-to-face referral marketing for the practice.
• Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials (flyers, social content, signage).
• Coordinate and manage social media accounts, posting schedules, engagement.
• Support local practice marketing efforts (events, sponsorships, outreach).
• Update website content, online profiles, and directory listings.
• Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing and promotional items.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset libraries.
• Ensure brand consistency across communications and materials.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
