As the Field Marketing Manager, New Schools you will serve as the dedicated marketing partner for new Primrose Schools franchise locations, supporting Franchise Owners from contract signing through grand opening and into the early ramp-up phase. You will work directly with new Franchise Owners to execute pre-opening marketing plans, build community presence, and drive inquiry and enrollment growth from day one. In this role, you will blend marketing expertise, relationship management, and accountability to ensure new Franchise Owners have the practical guidance, tools, and support they need to launch successfully while maintaining brand standards. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, New Schools.
Serve as the primary marketing contact for new Franchise Owners from contract signing through grand opening and the ramp-up period, building a trusted advisor relationship from the start.
Guide Franchise Owners through the pre-opening marketing process, including school naming, local community planning, digital setup, and grand opening planning, following established timelines and expectations.
Provide hands‑on marketing coaching to new Franchise Owners, translating Local School Marketing Playbook guidance into concrete, prioritized action steps appropriate for their opening stage.
Track pre-opening marketing milestones, hold Franchise Owners accountable to key deliverables at each phase, and proactively flag risks when timelines are at risk.
Coordinate with internal cross‑functional partners to ensure new schools have the right digital infrastructure, local listings, and launch campaigns in place before opening day.
Ensure local marketing activity across the assigned portfolio meets brand standards, franchise agreement requirements, and established marketing guidelines.
Review Franchise Owner-submitted creative assets, vendor selections, and event plans prior to launch, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Identify and elevate recurring concerns, brand misuse, or compliance risks to leadership and cross‑functional partners in accordance with established processes.
Maintain accurate approval records, plan documentation, and compliance tracking in partnership with internal operations and support teams.
Build strong, trusted relationships with Franchise Owners by becoming a proactive marketing partner they rely on for guidance and support.
Conduct regular touchpoints through calls, virtual meetings, and periodic in‑market visits to strengthen engagement and drive results.
Respond to Franchise Owner questions and requests with urgency and professionalism, engaging subject matter experts when specialized support is needed.
Partner with New School Support Coach to drive school performance and address business needs.
Gather and share field feedback, local market insights, and successful practices with the broader marketing team to improve programs and resources systemwide.
