Job description

Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.

Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

What is this opportunity?

Eleos Health is hiring a Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead the execution of localized, high-impact marketing programs that directly support our revenue goals through state-based association campaigns and events.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to execution partner for sales and partnerships—bringing to life targeted campaigns, localized messaging, and high-impact events that drive demand among provider organizations at the state level.

This is an execution-first role ideal for someone with around five years of B2B marketing experience. You’ll work closely with the sales and partnerships teams to bring regional campaigns to life—from webinars and conferences to localized emails and digital ads. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of juggling multiple projects that make a real impact—you'll thrive here.

Who are you?

You’re a detail-oriented B2B marketer with at least five years of experience executing campaigns across email, events, and digital channels. You love turning strategy into action—coordinating moving pieces, hitting deadlines, and seeing your work drive real results. You’ve planned and managed the logistics for field events like state conferences, executive dinners, and experiential webinars, and know how to juggle timelines, vendors, speakers, and attendee communications without missing a beat.

Relationship building is your super power, whether internally with the go-to-market team or with external partners such as state association leaders. You have a proven track record of working closely with sales—sharing learnings, partnering on engagement strategies, and celebrating wins. You’re confident in managing external vendors and budgets, and successfully managing multiple projects at once. You bring creativity, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset—and you’re energized by the opportunity to help clinicians and care teams do their best work.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare, behavioral health, or with mission-driven organizations.

How will you contribute?
Execute State-Based Campaigns
  • Partnering with the content and digital marketing team, build and launch marketing campaigns for state associations and group purchase opportunities, including emails, landing pages, direct mail, and digital ads using Hubspot
  • Write short-form copy and leverage design tools such as Canva or Adobe for emails and landing pages
  • Stay plugged into state-by-state priorities, policy changes, and opportunities surfaced by our partnerships team to reflect in state specific messaging
  • Use a data-driven approach to track effectiveness and iterate on tactics over time
Support Events and Partner Initiatives
  • Manage logistics and promotion for webinars, virtual demos, and in-person association and executive events to drive new leads and accelerate existing deals
  • Coordinate landing pages, invites, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Partner with sales and partnerships to align event timing and messaging with deal activity
  • Create campaigns and manage lead follow-up processes in Salesforce
  • Act as a close partner to the sales and SDR teams—sharing learnings, providing insights, and collaborating on personalized follow-up strategies

Vendor, Partner & Budget Management
  • Manage external vendors, event organizers, and association partners to ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual experiences
  • Own and track budgets for field marketing initiatives, prioritizing cost-effective programs that deliver measurable ROI
Track and Optimize
  • Monitor campaign and event performance by state
  • Use tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to track engagement and conversions
  • Identify what’s working, what’s not, and where we should double down
