About the Position

Are you experienced in field marketing with specific experience in spirits, wines, or functional beverage channels? If so, then Three Spirit wants you!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading our events and sampling program while supporting strong retail partnerships and in-store programming. You'll work closely with our sales & marketing team to implement strategic field marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, conversion, and sales velocity at retail. The ideal candidate will excel at building and managing relationships with brand ambassadors, event partners, retailers, and key accounts while thriving in a fast-paced environment with a passion for innovative, disruptive brands in the beverage space.

About You

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in the beverage industry or functional food.
  • At least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with or being a part of sales teams, with a solid understanding of developing and executing sales and promotion plans.
  • Strategic Doer: Ability to translate strategy into actionable steps, combining strong strategic thinking with the drive to execute projects effectively.
  • Hyper-organized with attention to detail
  • Results-oriented: Demonstrates initiative, determination, and teamwork to achieve desired outcomes in alignment with Three Spirit values.
  • Critical Thinker: Utilizes various data sources to develop insightful strategies and actions that drive marketplace impact.
  • People Agility: Effectively communicates, builds trust, and collaborates within the team using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Agile Learning: Adapts quickly to new situations, leveraging past experiences to create opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Presentation & relationship building skills
  • Ability to travel 50% or more.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working in spirits, wine or functional beverage brands
  • Experience making great tasting drinks at a high standard.
  • Experience in the specialty, natural, and premium beverage channels
  • Understanding of the changing landscape in adult beverages and emerging consumer trends

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead and manage an outsourced set of demo brand ambassadors (internally sourced and agency) and 3rd party merchandizing teams.
  • Scheduling demos, coordinating demo/event logistics, developing/optimizing a reporting system to provide key insights
  • Manage the regional field marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create and communicate region-specific plans for expanding the Three Spirit portfolio.
  • Engage with retail accounts to drive volume sales, enhance distribution, and monitor pricing and shelf space management.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with key customers, addressing their needs to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings to identify opportunities for maximizing joint efforts.
  • Organize and execute effective market blitzes for distributor partners and GSM’s in coordination with the Three Spirit salesforce.
  • Monitor weekly performance, identify proactive opportunities to close gaps, and track KPIs, key launch metrics, and other defined items.
  • Lead Trade Shows across US

Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
