Dough Zone USA, Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own local market strategy and execution. The role drives foot traffic, revenue, and repeat business with data-driven campaigns and events across regional stores.

You’ll lead budget management, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Marketing to align with brand standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Preferably 4–8 years of local marketing experience in restaurant or food industry.
• Experience leading SEO/SEM, email, social media campaigns and analytics.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to target audiences with digital campaigns.
• Must be able to travel regularly across regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies and campaigns to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• Track campaign performance with analytics tools and measure ROI.
• Lead in-store events, pop-ups, tastings, and local community outreach.
• Support new store openings with signage, POS setup, and menu execution.
• Review customer feedback reports and provide improvements to stores.
