Slim Chickens is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive community-focused campaigns across our restaurants and communities. The role collaborates with franchisees, restaurant teams, Operations, and community partners to drive traffic, sales, and new guest acquisition.

The hands-on, field-based position translates national strategies into local activation, owning grassroots events, partnerships, and local market initiatives to strengthen the brand's footprint.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of field marketing, Local Restaurant Marketing, or multi-unit marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong field presence through restaurant visits, franchisee meetings, and local events.
• Serves as the day-to-day marketing partner for assigned franchise groups, building trust through communication and follow-through.
• Executes field marketing strategies and local programs as directed by the Director of Marketing Activation.
• Implements Local Restaurant Marketing programs and traffic-driving tactics to support sales and brand awareness.
• Identifies grassroots marketing opportunities with schools, youth sports, local businesses, and community organizations.
