Overview

The Field Marketer 3 is responsible for driving demand within Hyland's named account model through strategic program development and execution of top-tier marketing experiences that generate pipeline and align revenue teams. This role supports field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies.

What you will be doing
  • Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with business goals in collaboration with demand generation and sales teams.
  • Design and execute regional marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and grow pipeline.
  • Identify target accounts and segments; develop tailored programs to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and oversee events, including regional forums and executive dinners, ensuring impactful touchpoints.
  • Implement engagement strategies pre- and post-events to maximize attendance and lead conversion.
  • Create account-based marketing programs using digital channels to engage targets and accelerate deals.
  • Work with sales leaders and account executives to align priorities and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
  • Lead communication and enablement efforts to promote marketing strategies among sellers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize program impact.
  • Manage regional marketing budget to optimize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Implement audience segmentation to optimize resources and improve customer experience.
  • Define revenue management processes with sales development representatives and establish SLAs.
  • Track and analyze program performance, providing regular ROI reports and recommendations.
  • Monitor sales pipeline health, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Manage vendors contributing to local marketing programs and source marketing technology as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and other regulations.
  • Mentor and train team members; provide feedback to leadership on team capabilities.
  • Maintain compliance with privacy and data security policies.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing and 2+ years in GOVED field marketing.
  • Proven ability to prioritize customer experience and partner with sales to meet revenue goals.
  • Experience creating successful marketing programs across various tactics and technologies.
  • Strong communication, project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and work independently or in teams.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, CRM, content management, and event management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Up to 25% travel required.

Salary range: $88,000 - $132,000, plus benefits.
