Overview

The Field Marketer 3 is responsible for driving demand within Hyland's named account model through strategic program development and execution of top-tier marketing experiences that generate pipeline and align revenue teams. This role supports the development and management of field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, drive, and nurture leads for faster closing. Collaboration with sales, product marketing, solution marketing, and campaign marketing teams is essential to plan and execute strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with business goals in collaboration with demand generation and sales teams.
  • Design and execute regional marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Identify target accounts and segments, creating tailored programs to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and oversee events, including regional, user forums, and executive dinners, ensuring impactful delivery.
  • Implement engagement strategies pre- and post-events to maximize attendance and lead conversion.
  • Create account-based marketing programs utilizing digital channels to engage and accelerate deals.
  • Work closely with sales leaders and account executives to align priorities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead communication and enablement efforts to support marketing strategies among sales teams.
  • Manage regional marketing budget to optimize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and other relevant regulations.
  • Mentor team members and provide feedback; support leadership with technical assessments.
Qualifications for Success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years in field marketing
  • Proven experience in customer-centric campaign planning and sales enablement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments
  • Experience with marketing analytics, automation, CRM, and event management
  • Up to 25% travel may be required
