Field Marketing Manager – Events, Retail & Canvassing

(Face-to-Face Marketing Leader)

Company: Luxury Bath NJPA

Location: Hamilton, NJ (Central NJ / NJ-PA area)

Type: Full-Time | Field + Office Hybrid

Compensation: $55,000 – $85,000+ base salary (based on experience) + uncapped performance bonuses & commissions + car & cell allowances

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $150,000+ (top performers earn significantly more)

About the Role

Luxury Bath NJPA is seeking a driven and energetic Field Marketing Manager to lead our face-to-face marketing efforts across Events, Retail activations, and Canvassing.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you will recruit, train, and coach high‑performing teams of promoters and canvassers who generate qualified appointments for our Design Consultants. You’ll be out in the field coaching your team at retail locations, home shows, community events, and neighborhoods throughout Central New Jersey and the surrounding PA area.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high‑performing team of event promoters, retail staff, and canvassers.
• Motivate your team and hold them accountable to daily and weekly KPIs (leads generated, appointments set, and quality standards).
• Provide ongoing field coaching, role‑playing, and performance development.
• Manage schedules, event logistics, booth setup, and breakdown.

Strategy & Execution

• Lead all face‑to‑face marketing channels: retail store activations, home shows, festivals, community events, and neighborhood canvassing across the NJ/PA region.
• Create and execute weekly/monthly plans to consistently hit and exceed lead and appointment targets.
• Research and secure new event opportunities and retail partnerships to grow the department.
• Analyze performance data and implement real‑time improvements.

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with the Sales team to deliver high‑quality leads and ensure smooth handoffs to Design Consultants.
• Professionally represent the Luxury Bath NJPA brand in the community.
• Drive department growth and contribute directly to company revenue.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing teams in field marketing, events, retail promotions, canvassing, or face‑to‑face sales (home improvement, bath/shower remodeling, solar, or similar industries preferred).
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and lead teams to consistently achieve goals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate people and hold them accountable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — outgoing, persuasive, and professional.
• Data‑driven mindset and comfortable using Excel or CRM tools to track performance.
• Availability to work weekends and some evenings (peak times for events and retail).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 30–50 lbs for event setup.
• Must pass a background check.

Preferred

• Experience tracking metrics such as appointments per hour or similar KPIs.
• Previous success building or scaling a canvassing or events team.
• Background in home improvement or luxury bath/shower remodeling is a plus.
