What You’ll Do

• Support the Field Marketing Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating a high‑performing field marketing team within your territory.
• Assist in the planning, managing, and execution of field marketing initiatives to generate high‑quality sales leads.
• Help manage the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post‑event performance analysis.
• Represent Bath Cabinet Experts' exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements.
• Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently showcasing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen products and services.
• Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations.
• Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments.
• Assist with additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing.
• Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies.
• Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed.
