Job summary

Express Flooring in Arizona is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own the local event strategy—building the calendar, executing trade shows and community activations to generate qualified leads and in-home appointments.

You’ll recruit and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors, partner with the Director of Events, and continuously improve performance as the market grows, with a hands-on, field-ready leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field or event marketing.
• Experience planning trade shows and community events.
• Experience recruiting and coaching Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the territory’s event calendar.
• Oversee event execution, logistics, staffing and on-site performance.
• Coach a team of Brand Ambassadors.
• Track lead generation, appointments and ROI.
