Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 3–5 years in marketing support or event coordination, with travel up to 30%. Strong copy editing and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing support, event coordination, social media, or sales operations.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onsite event execution support at trade shows and regional events.
• Digital event support for webinars and virtual platforms.
• Lead capture setup with badge scanners and forms.
• Pre-event promotion via social media and email invites.
• CRM routing and data enrichment for event leads.
• Sales follow-up and pipeline updates after events.
• Track and report event metrics and ROI.
