Job summary

Spotfire, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, is seeking an events specialist to support onsite and digital events across global trade shows and webinars. You will help with booth setup, lead capture, and attendee experience.

The role partners with Product, Sales and Marketing; requires 3–5 years in marketing support or event ops, strong copywriting, and HubSpot proficiency; travel up to 30% and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing support, event coordination, social media management, or sales operations (B2B SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and X and social scheduling tools.
• HubSpot required; familiarity with ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% for onsite event execution.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Event Execution: assist with booth setup, vendor coordination, materials packing/shipping, and staff support.
• Digital Event Support: manage logistics for virtual events and webinars, set up links, track registrations, live support.
• Lead Capture Setup: assist with lead capture tools to ensure seamless attendee registration and data collection.
• Pre-Event Promotion: coordinate social campaigns, draft LinkedIn/X copy, emails, and toolkit distribution.
• Social Amplification: post live updates, capture media, highlight speakers/sessions.
• Sales Alignment: process attendee lists, route leads in HubSpot, follow up with sales teams.
• Reporting: gather metrics on engagement, leads, and ROI post-events.
