Job summary

NetBox Labs is hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to build and execute field, partner, and event marketing programs. You’ll connect marketing with internal teams and external partners to keep programs on time and on budget.

The role involves trade shows, regional events, webinars, and on-site execution, with heavy emphasis on communication, organization, and proactive collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated campaigns in B2B tech/ SaaS.
• Hands-on support for trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup with high ownership and execution focus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Support research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives and regional events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move campaigns on time.
• Organize NetBox Labs events and coordinate with stakeholders on concise communication.
• Partner with marketing on co-marketing campaigns and sponsorships with ecosystem partners.
• Assist with weekly/monthly marketing program reporting and metrics.
• Manage event logistics on-site, including venue, vendors, booth setup, and swag.
