Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director of Marketing Programs/Field Marketing to lead integrated marketing strategy and drive demand across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling programs, nurture target accounts, and accelerate opportunities through ABM, digital events, and multi-channel communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Well organized with very high attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Experience delivering content via social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Working knowledge of Sigma, marketing automation platform experience (Marketo).
• Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing strategy and partner with cross-functional teams on objectives and themes.
• Create integrated marketing programs and communications for key buyers and influencers.
• Create awareness, nurture, and educate contacts within target accounts to drive pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities.
• Design and execute 1:Few ABM initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize programs and ABM initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve programs and ABM effectiveness through segmentation and marketing techniques.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops for orchestration and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain a complete account and contact database.

What You'll Do

• Own integrated marketing strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams on objectives and themes
• Create integrated marketing programs and communications that speak directly to the interests, and address the needs of key target buyers and influencers
• Create awareness, nurture, and educate key contacts within target accounts to drive more pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities
• Design & execute 1:Few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
• Track, analyze, and optimize programs and ABM initiatives
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve programs and ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Services/Digital, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure optimal orchestration and effectiveness of marketing programs
• Build and maintain a complete and accurate account and contact database

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills

Compensation

• Base pay: $125,000 - $200,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
