This field-based role partners with leadership across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to shape brand strategy, organize advisory boards, congress activities, and cross-functional initiatives while traveling up to 50%. Candidates should have a Bachelor's, 8+ years marketing or biopharma experience including 3

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Biology, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing or sales in biopharma, including 3+ years in KOL management.
• Experience developing engagement plans for thought leader/KOL management and liaising with external stakeholders.
• Experience in Speaker Bureau strategy, including training and execution of national programs.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and risk assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate national and regional KOLs and APPs in the sleep disorders space.
• Develop engagement plans aligned with brand objectives and provide SME expertise.
• Coordinate advisory boards with KOLs to gather insights and inform strategy.
• Plan and support national and regional congresses and post-congress debriefs.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to ensure compliant, aligned activities.
