Job summary

System Pavers is expanding its award-winning team and seeks a Field Marketing Associate to bring the brand to life in neighborhoods and at events. You will connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate with our Design Consultants and help drive outdoor living remodels through direct outreach.

You will be part of a team that values motivation, communication, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18+ years old with a valid driving record.

Job Description

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.

You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.

Our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport

• Commission per job sold: $250 for <$15k job, $450 for $15k-$25k job, $600 >$25k

Experience & Skills:

• Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day

• Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand
