System Pavers is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to bring the brand to life by connecting with residential homeowners and scheduling free design consultations. This role emphasizes relationship-building, event presence, and a strong customer focus to drive interest in outdoor remodeling projects.

The position features a commission-based component, paid training, advancement opportunities, a 32–40 hour work week, and benefits including health, vision, dental, life, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and have a valid driving record.

Job Description

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.

You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.

Our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport

Experience & Skills:
