Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking Brand Ambassadors in Framingham, MA to represent energy-efficiency programs at retail locations and events.

The role focuses on customer engagement and acquisition with an hourly base pay of $23 plus commissions, plus growth opportunities within the company. The position involves traveling to territory sites up to an hour away, participating in bi-weekly team meetings, and handling event setup/breakdown.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Entry-level sales, retail or customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events.
• Schedule customers for a Home Energy Assessment or in-home visits.
• Set up and break down events (includes carrying a table and a 25‑pound tent).
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings and travel to events up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.
