Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Field Marketer to serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices. You will build relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools, businesses, and other referral partners to drive new-patient growth.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in business development, outside sales, field marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated success building professional relationships and developing new business.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making in-person visits and initiating conversations.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and prioritize opportunities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout an assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Build referral relationships with dentists and other professional sources.
• Identify high-potential practices and create outreach plans.
• Make regular in-person visits, calls and emails to referral partners.
• Introduce specialty providers and educate referral sources on services and patient experience.
• Develop new referral relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Identify referral barriers and work with teams to resolve them.
• Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to increase referral volume.
• Drive local business development and identify opportunities in assigned markets.
• Coordinate lunch-and-learns, CE opportunities, office visits and other relationship-building activities.
• Represent the organization at dental, healthcare and community events.
