Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer in Louisville, KY to engage prospects at events and canvass neighborhoods. You will demo Champion Windows and HOME EXTERIOR products, schedule appointments, and support sales teams at shows, festivals, and fairs.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and current product knowledge, with weekend availability and travel as needed to represent the brand effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Approach/engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology
