Job summary

Champion Windows & Home Exteriors in Knoxville is seeking a Field Marketer to serve as a brand ambassador at events and canvassing efforts. You will engage prospects, schedule appointments, and showcase Champion products at home shows, festivals, and other events with energy and a professional presence.

The role offers an hourly base pay of $15.00 to $19.00 plus commission, plus potential weekly commissions; candidates should be comfortable standing/walking long hours, traveling up to 10%, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated and competitive spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours and walk for 4–8 hours.
• Willing to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects at canvassing events, home shows, conventions, festivals and fairs.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
• Support booth setup and breakdown and contribute to social media efforts.
• Enter data accurately across multiple mobile platforms.
