Mad City Windows is seeking a Field Marketer to engage with homeowners through in-person outreach in Raleigh, NC. This role offers base pay with uncapped performance bonuses, allowing average first-year earnings between $55,000 and $75,000, with top performers earning over $85,000 annually.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and eager to learn about sales and marketing strategies. No prior experience is required, and flexible schedules are available. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision are also offered, along with PTO available from Day 1.

Qualifications

• No experience required but previous experience is a plus.
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through direct, in-person outreach.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations.
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers.
