Field Marketer

Summary: The Field Marketer generates leads and maintains relationships to drive new business opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate leads in active project neighborhoods by canvassing and meeting homeowners to explain our services.
• Identify storm-damaged neighborhoods and homeowners, explaining the value of our products and services.
• Tarps roofs as needed, following protocols, and completes related documentation.
• Collect samples and ITEL’s, and bring them to the Insurance Coordinator.
• Perform insurance scope sheets and inspections, upload data, and take photos for documentation.
• Meet insurance adjusters onsite, review damage, and update CRM.
• Attempt repairs, document with photos/videos, and upload information to CRM.
• Photograph worksites before, during, and after, documenting progress and property value.
• Contact potential customers through neighborhood visits and leave promotional materials.
• Participate in trade shows and events, delivering marketing messages and collecting contacts.
• Provide feedback on lead generation and relationship development to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of sales experience; retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-station phone systems, voicemail, and call transferring.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with computers and CRM software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Perseverance and ability to handle challenging interactions.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
