Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a motivated Field Marketer to represent our brand at events, home shows, festivals and other venues. You will engage prospects, demonstrate Champion Windows and schedule in-home estimates with the sales team.

The role is part-time, offers hourly pay plus commission and requires weekend availability, strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods. Some travel is expected (about 10%).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.
• Weekend availability required.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects while canvassing at events, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
• Utilize mobile technology for data entry.

Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of marketing? Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Champion Product lines acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients.

As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals or event locations as assigned. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects while at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and is comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Hourly Base Pay $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission

• Approach/engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Consistent reliability and availability
• Display professional time management
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

High performing individuals have a potential to earn between $15-$19 per hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750 - $1500/week and above. Pay is determined by various factors, but not limited to, experience, market location, education, and certifications to name a few.
