Valent U.S.A. LLC seeks a science-focused professional to lead field research and development trials for conventional, sustainable, and organic crop protection products across the Mid-Atlantic region.

You will perform field studies, analyze data, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams. The role requires an MS or PhD in biological sciences with 4–8 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in biological sciences or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and obtain pesticide licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct research trials in the assigned territory to develop new products and uses.
• Support sales and product development with trials, presentations, and data from field activities.
• Build relationships with universities, extension personnel, growers, and other stakeholders.
