About the role:

As a Field Technician, you will learn to operate, service, and maintain robotic equipment used worldwide in the electrical power industry. You will perform technical assignments related to manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical projects under the guidance of management, Level II+ technicians, and engineers. This role involves supporting field and onsite maintenance, setup, operation, and testing of robotic systems, Audio/Video security systems, and more.

You will report to the Engineering and Manufacturing Supervisor and work at the Brattleboro, VT facility. This onsite position requires 30-50% travel for outage support and emergent work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with management for daily priorities.
• Manufacture, test, and peer-check subparts of integrated systems following engineering procedures, CAD drawings, and schematics.
• Support peers with work assignments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-high school degree/certificate or relevant experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of nuclear power plant operations, maintenance, and inspections is a plus.
• Interest or knowledge in electrical, electronic, or mechanical training, and mathematics.
