Job summary

Jackson Dawson in Las Vegas seeks experienced Field Managers to lead on-site staff at Allegiant Stadium. You will oversee event staff, manage setup, execution, and teardown, and coordinate with the onsite Producer for smooth operations.

Responsibilities include team briefings, staff management, and ensuring safety and efficiency during each activation. Paid training is provided; travel is not required for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous Field Manager experience in live events, experiential marketing, or brand activations is REQUIRED.
• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV area. No out-of-state travelers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing Brand Ambassadors and onsite event teams.
• Ability to work in a high-energy stadium environment.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to own onsite operations.
• Available for remaining football season events, including weekends.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with setup.
• Available for a Microsoft Teams interview this week.
• Resume and headshot required for consideration.

We are a fast-paced Experiential Marketing Agency looking to immediately hire 2 experiencedField Managers to support our live event activations at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the remainder of the football season.

We are looking for dependable, hands‑on leaders who thrive in high-energy environments, think quickly on their feet, and know how to lead a team while delivering a great guest experience.

DATES & TIMES: Must be available for all dates

11/15 - 7:15am - 2:30pm

12/13 - 7:15am - 2:30pm

12/20 - 7:15am - 2:30pm

12/27 - 7:15am - 2:30pm

Pay Rate: $32–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced stadium environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of onsite operations.
• Must be available for the remaining scheduled football season events, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with event setup when needed.
• Must be available for a Microsoft Teams interview this week.
