Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a Field Manager or experienced Lead DAS Technician for the Livermore, California area. You will oversee field activities, troubleshoot DAS systems, and coordinate install teams to ensure compliant, on-time project execution.

The role requires a strong DAS background, physical stamina, and the ability to travel regionally. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Physical ability to carry tools, materials, ladders; lift up to 50lb as needed.
• Strong DAS background and familiarity with DAS systems recommended.

Responsibilities

• Understand logistics of materials, ordering and inventory control.
• Drive and track project schedules and budgets.
• Assist with change orders as needed.
• Assist with DAS system commissioning and optimization practices.
• Assist with site surveys, data collection and bid document preparation.
