Qualifications

• Project management and leadership experience in residential construction or home improvement teams.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Local to Northern Virginia.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various work sites in Northern Virginia.
• Fluency in English preferred.

The Field Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the office, clients, and contractors.
