Leybold Optics is seeking a Field Manager to oversee the construction of custom homes while ensuring quality and adherence to schedules and budgets. This role requires building strong relationships with homeowners and trade partners, along with managing multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a background in construction. Benefits include medical insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.

• Must be a licensed, insurable driver with a clean driving record.

• Learn and enforce scopes of work.
• Complete OSHA 10, first aid and CPR training.
