Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Security/Project Coordination professional for a full-time travel role across multiple projects in a designated region.

You will verify installation quality, conduct kickoff meetings, and build strong relationships with site contacts to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have experience with fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and low voltage systems, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Experience with Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Construction background required.
• Experience reading engineered drawings, bid specs and take-offs is helpful.
• Basic understanding of supply chain facilities in the low voltage industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with computers, email, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Full-time travel role: Weekly up to 5 days traveling to different projects in a designated region.
• Check the quality of the physical install.
• Lead project kick-offs and scope clarification walks.
• Collaborate with Site Contacts to develop relationships and build trust with the customer.
• Monitor progress of installs by contractors against the project timeline.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the in-office Security Manager team.
• Field Managers report onsite findings to Security Managers for accurate customer communication.

Must Have Experience:

• Experience in Fire Alarm, Burg Alarm, CCTV, Access Control.
• Construction background a must.
• Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs ishelpful.
• Basic understanding of supply chain facilities within the low voltage industry
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Officeprograms.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.

Requirements:
