Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.

• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.

• Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
• The base pay for this role is $50,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
