Job summary

First Point Group is seeking a Field Construction Manager for the Minneapolis, MN region, with Nokia/T-Mobile experience. This contract role covers site construction oversight for 4G/5G deployments, with an estimated 12+ month duration and a rate around $450 per day W2 plus expenses.

The successful candidate will relocate or reside in the market, travel up to 80% of the time, complete NSA onboarding, and bring Nokia scoping knowledge along with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction of small cell sites by company partners.
• Oversee site construction, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage partner installations of 4G/5G antennas, radios, RF cabling, wiring, telecom gear and fiber, and testing.

Position Description:

Must complete NSA onboarding / background process

Candidate MUST have:

• Must be located in the Market and will cover the surrounding area
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time
• Would strongly benefit from having previous T-Mobile experience
• Must have Nokia Scoping knowledge
• Must Comply with the Nokia travel policy
• Must have Valid Driver's License

Candidate must also be able to provide the following certifications:

The following must be completed and available to present to the client at the time of start:

• CPR
• OSHA 10 (10-hour course) + Fall Protection or OSHA 30 (30 Hour course)

Summary:

The Field Manager is responsible for supervising construction of small cell sites by company partners. This position is the understanding of Site Construction (site walks, installation, & acceptance), Commissioning and Integration and the ability to troubleshooting hardware/software systems. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to managing partner installation of 4G and 5G antenna components, radio components, RF Cabling, AC/DC wiring, various telecommunication equipment, fiber optics and overall testing.
