Jobot is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Mitchell, IL. You will maintain equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure production runs at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing methods and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience with equipment repair, operation, and control.
• Commitment to safety protocols and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery and equipment routinely to identify faults and malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
• Select and use appropriate tools, ensuring safe and effective operations.

• Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs accurately.
• Provide input on equipment installation, modification, and upgrades.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends.
