The Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician at Leo will carry out carpentry, drywall and painting across commercial properties. You will perform repairs and renovations at retail locations in New Jersey and surrounding areas, traveling within a 1-hour radius of your home office in the NJ/PA/NY region.

You'll need at least 3 years of professional repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a professional repairperson
• Must possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license
• English Literacy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Computer literacy

Responsabilités

• Perform carpentry, drywall and painting work
• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical and flooring work
• Repair and replace safety hazards and general hardware
• Assemble furniture and other equipment
• Visit multiple job sites and send paperwork to office using Work Order Management software
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to all clients
• Ability to work odd hours from early morning to late evening Monday-Friday- including weekends and overnight
• Must have a flexible work schedule to be able to accept work orders on reasonable short notice for emergency repairs
