Job summary

Lupine is seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role performs general maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks in both commercial and residential settings, requiring strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Essential duties include carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, basic electrical work, reading work orders and blueprints, and safely using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in handyman, facilities maintenance, or construction.
• Experience in commercial or residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and basic electrical.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems as needed.
• Assist with small remodeling and tenant improvement projects.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Transport, load, and unload materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Interact with clients, tenants, and team members with excellent customer service.
