Position: TIER 1 Technician $25 to $28

Position: TIER 2 Technician $29 to $33

TIER 1 TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY: Assist with removal, replacement, and troubleshooting of car wash/support equipment, and perform maintenance at BLISS and Full Service locations, as directed by the Maintenance Team Lead. Typical schedule is from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with possible additional site repairs during operational hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical issues, perform repairs.
• Analyze work orders, fix issues, or request parts.
• Assist with installation and replacement of equipment.
• Identify unreported issues and create work orders.
• Run equipment cycles to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain company assets, including vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Assist other departments with installation and procurement of equipment.
• Complete reports, work orders, and logs accurately.
• Transport supplies and tools as needed.
• Stay updated on equipment changes via manuals and bulletins.
• Maintain inventory of parts on service vehicle.
• Communicate issues and progress to team leader.
• Follow safety and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to follow instructions.
• 3 years of experience in car wash plumbing and mechanical work.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of hand tools and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn through training and research.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Effective multitasking and time management.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Professional appearance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and stand long periods.
• Good communication skills.

TIER 2 TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY: Similar to Tier 1, with additional responsibilities for electrical, electronic, structural repairs, and welding. Schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with possible additional assistance during operational hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Perform welding and structural repairs as needed.
• Analyze work orders, fix issues, or request parts.
• Assist with installation and replacement of equipment.
• Identify unreported issues and create work orders.
• Run equipment cycles to verify operation.
• Maintain assets and assist other departments.
• Complete reports and maintain inventory.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Tech 1 and 2):

• Lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions, climb ladders, stand for long periods.
