Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Equipment installation as well as onsite and remote system and user support for customers and systems at including but not limited to software applications, servers, workstations, display devices and controllers, electronic signs, video distribution, IP cameras, and network data equipment.
  • Perform above work at heights with ladders or lifts as required.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer system operations, configurations, diagnostic tools, troubleshooting techniques, and remedial procedures.
  • Carry company provided credit card, cell phone and laptop as applicable.
  • Meet or exceed SLA requirements.
  • Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally and maintain a good business relationship with all customers.
  • Perform periodic site walk-throughs and system checks and make required adjustments and reports.
  • Perform PM procedures and remedial activities on all systems.
  • Identify, document, track and resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain service record database / ticketing system.
  • Attend meetings with customers and customers’ representatives as required.
  • Perform customer user support and training.
  • Perform equipment replacements, additions, relocations and modifications.
  • Lifting and moving of computer and display equipment.
  • Adhere to all operational and safety procedures.
  • Perform shipping / receiving duties for all failed, repaired, and new equipment as well as general office shipping and receiving as well as for tradeshows and projects.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving logs and generate packing lists.
  • Operate forklift for shipments that require it.
  • Local deliveries via company van when required.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance at home office as required.
  • Provide periodic activity reports.
  • Provide management and on-site staff updates on outstanding remedial activity.
  • Ability to work OT and occasional night-time / weekend hours as projects require it.
  • Ability to be on call and provide a prompt onsite response to off hours calls as applicable.
  • Ability to drive company vehicle as applicable.
  • Adhere to all company and customer IT / Cyber Security requirements.
  • Organize and keep track of ITS equipment and parts in warehouse area of HQ.
  • Occasional out of town travel to support system installations and tradeshow setups and teardowns – travel by air and / or company vehicle. Currently averaging 2-4 times annually.
  • Other Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Able to pass background check for airport.
