Muller Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to service our fleet in the field. You will perform oil changes, filter swaps, and quick diagnostics, with opportunities for small repairs on-site and training for reporting accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel experience, a valid license, and willingness to learn additional tasks in a hands-on, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic experience.
• Valid driver’s license and REAL ID.
• US-born citizen and clean background.
• Willing to learn additional tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Field lube services (50% of day) - oil changes, topping off hydraulic and coolant.
• Changing oil, air, fuel, and other filters.
• Perform preventative services on trucks and equipment.
• Run small diagnostics or report faulty items in the field.
• Perform small repairs in the field (hydraulic lines, alternators, batteries).
• Quality control checks of daily maintenance and training on reports.
• Take small equipment or safety items to job sites along the route.
• Special projects or other duties as assigned.
