Job summary

Power Plus is seeking a reliable Low Voltage Technician to install structured cabling systems in commercial and industrial environments. You’ll work on horizontal cabling, copper/fiber backbone, and security/CCTV devices, visiting multiple job sites daily.

You’ll need hands-on skills in fiber optic CCTV, reading blueprints, and lifting up to 80 lbs. A valid driver’s license and basic Microsoft Office knowledge are required; training is provided, and safety is a top priority.

Qualifications

• Experience installing cabling systems in construction environments.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Install cabling systems per code requirements and safety standards.
• Install fiber optic CCTV and security devices on job sites.
• Extend circuits and troubleshoot as needed to complete installations.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; adhere to safety standards.
• Attend to multiple priorities with minimal distractions.
