Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting computer software/hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Willing to travel to customer locations.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds or more and move equipment.
• Background check, drug test and clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Delivery and removal/restocking of lottery equipment to site locations in the region.
• Vehicle management as per policy and safe handling of gear.
• Assist with installation, terminal removal, and peripheral procedures.
• Maintain, secure, and transport tools, test equipment, and parts.
• Respond to and close service calls as assigned.
• Operate Smart Services and perform additional duties as needed.
